PROPOSED PROJECTS 2017

Remodeling Bar Lounge.

Due to the use given in these years to this place, both the central bar and wooden doors of the central part and the wood floor were felt worn, giving a lousy appearance, we made the necessary repairs and change in the floor the wood by imitation wood tiles, giving a renewed and clean look as you can see in these pictures.

Waterproofing of building exterior.

Prior to the beginning of the rainy season this year, the cleaning and removal of waterproofing material in bad condition of the external perimeter of the building began as shown in the pics, starting with the waterproofing works that avoid leaks towards the parking area through the structural joints.

COMMON AREAS PROJECTS

Federal Zone and Environmental Impact Study.

Due to the inspections carried out last October  in 2016, in relation with the Federal Zone and Environmental Impact  Study from Peninsula Vallarta by the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection (PROFEPA), and subsequent placement of CLAUSURA seals and tapes in some areas, the case was followed up with the hiring of the Ambientat Consultores SC.

So far, our President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Alfonso Márquez, with authorization from all board, went to Mexico City to attend an appointment with the PROFEPA Head, where good news is expected in the coming days.

The withdrawal of the clausura tapes and seals is expected soon.

REMODELING OF THE CASETA

We start with the remodeling of the Caseta, which will increase security and control of access to our condominium.

The new structure will also be equipped with more and better technology in both video surveillance systems, proximity readers and plate recognition.

This will allow any person or vehicle entering or leaving the condominium to be fully identified.

BLUE FLAG BEACH

There was a meeting of the Blue Flag Committee of Playa de Oro, where the Harbor Master was invited to advise us to obtain the official document for the placement of buoys in front of each property in this beach, this because last year we were only granted a special permit to achieve the Certification of the beach, giving us an appointment with a different date to each one to give us personalized attention, since the requirements and needs are different due to the conditions and location of each one .

To Peninsula we must present the next Friday, April 7, after the appointment will be informed the issues and agreements taken.

SECURITY ADVICE

Dear home owners, I would like to mention that there are already two occasions on different dates that we have received telephone calls directly to this office to inquire about which owners have departments on rent, this did not have great attention were it not for the aggression of the one who makes the call insisting in obtaining data from owners who rent their units.

This type of calls have been made for two months to different developments in the area, where we can not rule out that some government dependency has obtained information from someone without knowing, and have made some income for this holiday period of Easter.

I let you know that local daily newspaper have issued notes from the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and Municipal Government where they talk about condominiums that evade taxes by renting their properties clandestinely.

Therefore, I invite you to avoid continuing to carry out this practice for those who do it in the manner described above, and that may result in fiscal problems, financial penalties and / or the risk of losing their assets.
